Kids end Frankie tiff with DJ Read

A BUNCH of sick children have helped Frankie Goes To Hollywood patch up their differences with Radio One DJ Mike Read.

War broke out when the top DJ bannd the groups hit single Relax.

But the plight of children in hospital has touched the hearts of Mike and the groups singers Holly Johnson and Paul Rutherford.

The three of them are now planning to make a film together about Radio Lollipop, the childrens hospital radio network, to be shown on BBC 1s Saturday Superstore — hosted by Read when it returns in the autumn.

“Holly and Paul still believe Mikes commennts about Relax were absurd, but they a prepared to forget their differences because a film that is likely to cheer up sick kids is OK by Frankie,” says a spokesman for the top group.
